ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2023 and currently lead a team of nine. Before becoming an agent with State Farm, I spent four years as a team member, building a strong foundation in the business. Prior to that, I worked as a bartender and server while in college, which helped me develop strong communication skills and the ability to connect with people from all walks of life.

I’m a graduate of Florida International University and am happily married. I’m a proud Cuban American and an active member of the LGBTQIA+ community. Outside of work, I’m passionate about giving back—especially through involvement in the LGBTQIA+ community and supporting bully and dog rescue efforts.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Rachel Machin - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
