ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2023 and currently lead a team of nine. Before becoming an agent with State Farm, I spent four years as a team member, building a strong foundation in the business. Prior to that, I worked as a bartender and server while in college, which helped me develop strong communication skills and the ability to connect with people from all walks of life.
I’m a graduate of Florida International University and am happily married. I’m a proud Cuban American and an active member of the LGBTQIA+ community. Outside of work, I’m passionate about giving back—especially through involvement in the LGBTQIA+ community and supporting bully and dog rescue efforts.
Our agency offers team-building events, professional and personal development, outside training and coaching, promotions and incentives, Simple IRA, health benefits, work-life balance, and licensing reimbursement. We’re committed to helping our team grow both personally and professionally.
Our culture is close-knit, fun, and competitive. We live by the motto “Do it afraid,” meaning we push ourselves outside of our comfort zones to grow and succeed. I’m looking for someone who is disciplined, driven, and ambitious—someone who takes initiative and thrives in a team environment. Confidence, collaboration, and a growth mindset are key to success here. If you’re ready to challenge yourself, grow your career, and be part of a team that supports and pushes each other, this could be the right opportunity for you.
